Ask Marc is an initiative of West Midlands Women's Aid, designed to help men and boys who have suffered domestic abuse. These booklets are intended as guides to help men navigate the after-effects of abuse, including PTSD, panic and anxiety, explaining their symptoms and providing coping mechanisms.
